If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return unused, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Return

1. Email us at calyrashop@zohomail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you and process your refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
